Terms & Conditions


We accept all major credit cards for our Impulse Collection. Additionally, paypal and personal/business checks for The Featured Collection. All checks will be held 8 days prior to shipping.


Plum Collective is not responsible for the packaging, shipment or insurance of items in our " Featured Collection ". We will make every effort to assist in helping with arrangements. All shipping will be arranged by client and approved by Plum Collective.

We strive to accurately describe all pieces from the Collective. Please keep in mind that these items are "vintage" and will show slight signs of wear that are consistent with normal use and age. We are more than happy to provide a complete condition report on requested items if you feel what we provided is not sufficient. Please call or email if you need more information. 

For International shipping, please email for quotes.


No returns. Please thoroughly read description of items and request further detailed photos if needed. We will consider a store credit if we determine that an item has been misrepresented.
